Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags still attached

Return Shipping:
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships.
We will issue a full refund—no fees or hidden charges.
If your order has already shipped, please proceed with a return after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
